I encountered such a problem on the A350. The printer is in the bedroom, I print a large project for 45 hours. Usually I pause such projects and turn off the printer for the night. After turning it on, it gave me the opportunity to continue from where I left off. Now it only offers to start from the beginning. I print from USB. I tried through the USB port, or from the screen, the problem is the same. What is the reason and how to return it?
I don’t know why it not worked as intended.
If you need help to resume the print (need to edit your gcode) I am willing to help, share your exact z-height of the print and if you know the last position (export logs and search for it or measure) it would be fine.
Original gcode is also needed.
Otherwise there is a how to in the forum or you go with this link:
Is it ok if you turn it off the first time, but the problem is occurring if you turn it off a second time, during the same print?
Does not offer to continue at all. This is definitely not some kind of update? It seems it started after the last update Luban. I didn’t find any settings there or on the printer tablet.
Luban and touchscreen are two different things.
I would suggest to only use the touchscreen to print, it should handle the power loss recovery. I’m not sure if Luban - touchscreen combination could do this the same way…
Start a small print, do your restart thing and verify it’s a fault, then log a ticket with support.
