Printing 3d inclined on a side

Hi guys i have just bought a Snapmaker a350 on december month, after a blackout it began to print object inclined on a side. So i reset as factory default but the result is the same, like in the photos. Can you help me?

now i used another slicer, prusa slicer, and with this software it works very well.
How can i solve the problem with luban i reinstalled it on a Mac with mojave OP.

i used another slicer, prusa, and with this software there’s no problem how you can see in the photos. i tried to reinstall liuban but there’s no changes

Our R&D colleague said that the acceleration is set too high and that you need to disable Enabled Acceleration Control in the Speed Control (Advanced/All Mode).
