hello - we are trying to laser cut some labels and have imported an SVG file. it simply contains circles and rounded rectangles.
for some reason, when importing the file, the scale is completely wrong and we have to resize it.
most problematic however - as soon as we press the PROCESS button, Luban corrupts the layout to the point that the print becomes useless.
we have tried other vector formats and all have issues.
i have attached screenshot showing Edit view then Process view and how they differ.
just wondering how we can get around this as no file format seems to be working for us. i have tried importing these files into other programs and they import just fine and to scale - however Luban just cant seemt to handle it.
is there alternative software we can use instead - that actually works?
