Possible failed CNC head

I was running a job with the CNC head. Trying to figure out settings etc.

It had been running for about 4-5 hours when the controller suddenly rebooted.

Now the X/Y/Z axis can job but when I try to turn on the spindle the controller reboots.

The CNC head is a bit warm but not terrible. I’ll let the head cool down and see if it turns on then.

Is it possible the head failed or could it be the controller?

If something has failed how do I get a replacement. I have had my Snapmaker Original only about a month.

Thanks

That could be a fault with the spindle motor, if it draws too much power it may trip the power supply.
Does the spindle turn freely by hand?
