Poor Quality in 3D Printing

Dear all, this is my first print with Snapmaker A350T. It is the first layer of
the original example in Luban.
What went wrong? Any ideas? I printed with the original settings.

Many thanks
Holger

Reduce the z Offset. Recalibrate, maybe also recalibrate the probe sensor (See 6.4 herehttps://support.snapmaker.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500000672601-What-should-I-do-if-the-3D-Printing-Module-pushes-into-the-Print-Sheet-) and after one recalibrate.
Try to Set z Offset manually lower when still printing in the air.
