Ordered my J1s on 6/20/23... it arrived in Colorado on July 5th, its been stuck at UPS for the last four day

I sure hope my Warranty doesn’t expire before I even get to open up the package! (;>(}
Maybe it has to do with the current strike going down with UPS?

Ughhh…that very well could play a role and delay things if it’s been sitting at the same hub or distribution center for 4 days now. Hopefully you’ll get it soon.

No Luck, UPS said that I needed to report it as LOST.
So i did, and notified Snapmaker and the Insurance protection agency (SEEL) that was offered when i bought the printer.
So now I have to wait to see what happens next.
Ugg… I so wanted to be printing with my new J1s already.

Feeling very depressed.

Its a good thing, i had already planned a trip to the SPA with my wife for the next five days!

This happened to my buddy with an iPhone 14. He got the 2nd one, and then a couple of weeks later the original one ended up showing up. Maybe you’ll be as lucky!

Unfortunate…sounds like the ol’ sometimes when it rains it pours kinda deal. Hopefully the replacement machine will arrive soon enough.
