Ordered a replacement controller - no response on shipping dates

My controller stopped working and I ordered a new one, paid for it via paypal. over two weeks have gone by with no confirmation, shipment dates or shipment information. I have e-mailed support and again no response. Does anyone have any experience with getting replacement parts?

Unfortunately, that sounds pretty standard. Some patience is required when dealing with support. If you can order the part from an authorized reseller, that’s generally a better option. I don’t think the controller is an option though.
