Need replacement 2.0 Controller - Support not replying

Hi - I need to replace the Controller module for my SM A350. I was in contact with support through email until they stopped responding weeks ago.

Bump - Support, please respond to my emails.

Support rarely visits the forums, and they don’t provide any support through the forums. Don’t use the email address, as those emails can get lost amongst thousands. Use the Support link at the top of the page.

Sadly, I have - their support stopped responding in the email thread as well lol

The support e-mail thread I was on (also, ironically, to replace a suspected bad controller) was incredibly slow, like one response per 24 hours and always in the middle of the night US time, but they never ghosted me. Hopefully they get back in touch.

It’s been over a week since the last reply unfortunately.

Update- my email suddenly decided that everything from Snapmaker belonged in the Junk folder. Resolved :stuck_out_tongue:

Hello, where you ever able to get another controller, support nor sales responds to me and I have tried 6 times to reach them?

I am having issues with my A350 also. I think it might be the controller as well. Does anyone know how to test it? I thought it might have been the power supply and I ordered a new one. When I plugged it in everything behaved exactly the same.

I contacted Support twice and got a ticket numbers but no response. It seems as if no one is in the office. Are they trying to push good customers away?
