I can’t answer your specific questions, but there is some discussions in the forums about nozzle wear. This is a lot of info, but there’s so many good comments and links in these threads that it’s hard to summarize. For example, there are links in the first thread about how to tell when a nozzle needs to be replaced.

Not all Filaments are the same

Hi All I would be interested to hear from experienced users on how long an extruder nozzle should last. I have just watched this video When should you upgrade the nozzle in your 3d printer? and How to pick a 3D printer nozzle and how to install it! Are there any recommendations for good nozzles? Doug ps @Rainie , @whimsycwd do you have any guides/advice for different extruder nozzles that work with the Snapmaker when using different filaments?

Hardened Nozzles

Any thoughts on replacing standard nozzles with Harden Nozzles -e.g. Olson Ruby,Hardened Steel

Need a new print nozzle

I tried to make something using the hatchbox wood filament. Unfortunately the nozzle clogged about halfway through my print. Is there a larger-diameter nozzle I can use on the snapmaker original? I still have the extra nozzle that came in the box but I was wondering if there is a US source to get some more.
