I have a A350. When loading an stl file, the nozzle temp doesn’t load, it always shows zero. When I try to adjust manually, it won’t update. I have to cancel the job, sometimes several times, and reload for the temperature to show properly. My firmware is up to date.

Are you able to heat the hotend if you go to control menu on the touchscreen? What slicer are you using? Maybe share a gcode for testing?
