A350, printing stop with temperature zero

I’m trying to print, but most of the cases, it stopped.
Today I tried again, but it failed.
I download stl from thingverse, then made gcode by Luban.

There are errors on the exported log file.
‘1603332531479,2020.10.22 02:08:51.479,ERROR,SC-FW,Thermistor of hotend maybe come off! temp: 188.30 / 205’
‘1603332551877,2020.10.22 02:09:11.877,ERROR,SC-FW,not handle file Gcode in this status: 1’
‘1603332789618,2020.10.22 02:13:09.618,INFO,SC-FW,SC req Exception’

I attached two log files and stl and gcode.
Please teach me what should I check next.

This is unlikely to be a problem with the file. More likely, as the error message says, you’re having problems with the thermistor being improperly seated or intermittently losing its connection to the rest of the machine. It’s also possible that there’s a more serious hardware defect with your Snapmaker and the nozzle is actually not staying heated. For that, you’ll need to contact support (be warned that support is understaffed and very slow, but if you prod them enough, they’ll come through eventually).

Changing the nozzle assembly for a spare may be one quick thing you can try (it can’t hurt, anyway).

Nozzle’s temp is really unstable. It goes up and down like 205->170->196->180->192.
I ordered extra nozzle, but it’s not included in my staff.
Thanks your information. I’ll try to search ‘thermistor’.
