I would first try re-installing Luban, and re-installing the machine firmware via USB.

software / firmware refresh made no change to the issue.
Extruder calibration was already addressed.

Share your gcode and export your logs.
I think your thermistor is faulty and causes a heat runaway error.

I had this problem to, I replaced the extruder and bingo it works again, thank you very much for your advice. :ok_hand: :ok_hand:
