Nozzle not heating up / Wrong info on screen

Just assemble my A250 and testing out 3D printing first.

But nozzle unable to heat up. But on touch screen the temperature will goes up to 200 deg. and then the LOAD and DONE button will keep going on and off.

The LOAD button still works as I could see the gear inside rolling. But the nozzle / heated block only reads 35 deg.

Anyone have faced the same problem before?

Maybe you check the connection of the heatblock and thermistor.- check the video in this post how to disassemble:
