I am a newbie with zero experience. I set up my SM 2.0 A350 and successfully printed the sample vase and laser cut the sample gift box per the guides without much problem. When trying to cut the sample CNC phone holder, the gcode was generated successfully but when I went to upload it to the workspace, no workspace grid was generated. Only a box with the gcode listed in it. From there, it will not transfer to the device.
Went back to 3D printing to see if I could get it to work the same way as in the beginning. It does not. I cannot get a workspace grid to come up at all.
I’ve tried reloading the software to no avail. Any suggestions?
