No support structrures

Hi,

it isn’t possible to build support structures in snapmaker luban.

How do you build support structures for snapmaker 2.0?
Do you use another program for this?

Hi Max,
You need to click on the + button to create a new profile and then click on generate Support

Same problems … cannot generate auto support the option is greyed out …and I do not show “+” option as you show in your screen capture? What am I missing? What is the work around? … load Gcode from a fully functional software like Cura or Simplify 3D? Note that the Luban software update was today.

Apparently they made some changes in the last update.
If you click on the little gear-icon you’’ get a window where you can create new profiles (by copying an existing one and then modifying it)
