Well this is a big surprise that Snapmaker only offer the special to US and EU. Why do they not offer this to all that made the project a success.
Not a nice gesture, would like to hear what the other guys has to say that is not living in these countries.

I believe the $150 off is available to everyone, it’s just the free shipping for US & EU because they have distribution centers there. @Rainie?, can you confirm that?
