My print always sticks on the bed

I’m never able to get my print of the print-bed without damaging the bed and the print. I auto-calibrate the printer a lot and often use a Z-offset when the print is already going on. My questions are, how do I make it non-sticky when the print is done and how do I get the leftover plastic of the bed? I have a A350 with enclosure and I use Xeccelled PLA?

Sorry for the flashforge in the background. It took a long time for the snapmaker to arrive after ordering it last year with the kickstarter-campaign.

@Skilt: What settings are you using with your PLA? Have you calibrated your extruder?

I print a lot of PLA (actually eSun PLA+). I had some initial sticking issues because the SM instructions had me set the Z too low for the initial layer. I now use 2 sheets of note paper to set my Z offset at the end of calibration. I have no idea why you would want to change the Z offset in the middle of a print. For eSun PLA+ I use 205c for the hotend and 60c for the bed. I do not use an enclosure.

Your z offset is too low, for more info check out this thread: 3D prints stick WAY too well!
