3d print sticks to the bed

Hello, I have the problem with my Snapmaker 2.0 that I can’t get the print off the print bed after it’s finished. I printed with the original settings for the PLA. I also printed with a cold printing bed. I tried putting the print bed in the fridge and then pulling it off. Unfortunately no success. I have to destroy the print every time I want to remove it from the print bed. I print with the original filament that was included. I haven’t tried anything else yet. Thanks for any help.

It sounds like you may be a little close to the print bed with your nozzle. If you think you are good, spray a light coat of Aquanet hairspray on the bed sheet before the next print. It will act as a release agent but will not help if you are too close to the bed with your nozzle.

Yes it sounds like you might be printing to close to the print bed because a cold print bed prevents good adhesion, yet your print is still stuck to the bed. You can also try heating up the heated bed to remove the print. Putting the print and the print bed in a fridge would actually make it harder to remove the print.

Hello, yes, it was due to the proximity to the print bed. I set the Z offset to 0.1mm. Now it works quite well. The next time I calibrate I will simply set the offset to 0.1 mm with a gauge block, then it should fit. Thank you so much!

Vielen Dank!
