This is my third 3D printer and none had such problems with the initial setup.
I have a Dremel printer that always works without a hitch and a Prusa that is difficult to set up.
I found that the included black PLA filament caused the calibration issues.
I exchanged the Snapmaker filaments for my own and lo and behold, the calibration works without incident.
No more error messages!
But I think it’s a shame with such a high-priced product that the manufacturer obviously uses inferior materials to save money.
