went to use my machine today and could not connect via wifi. many restarts later still was not connecting and so I dug deeper my network sees the snapmaker but luban does not also the snapmaker its self shows not connected as its IP address. I have tried rolling back both luban and the snapmaker it’s self nothing changes. any advice before I hit up support?
You could try creating a test wifi network and seeing if it can connect to anything. Also could it be a dhcp issue if your network is seeing it (presumably by its MAC) but no IP is being assigned?
There are some known issues with WPA Enterprise, hidden SSIDs, and other wifi quirks, a simple test network if you have something more complicated would be where I would start.
