Log file on Artisan machine won´t export

Hi,

I’m having trouble retrieving logs from my Snapmaker Artisan.

  • When trying to export logs to Luban, it says: “Please connect Luban to the machine first”, even though I am connected (both via USB cable and WiFi)

  • USB export it says “insert USB stick first” even when it is inserted

What is the correct and reliable way to export the full system log?

Is this a known issue with Luban connection or USB compatibility?

The print stopped mid-job, and I need the log file to understand what went wrong and determine where to resume the print from.

I guess if you connect a usb thumb drive, there should be a prompt about a new device connected (as it is on the 2.0). Maybe try a few different ones?
For the 2.0 it has to be a usb 2.0 drive with fat32 filesystem and a maximum space of, can’t remember exactly, 16GB..
