I’m having trouble retrieving logs from my Snapmaker Artisan.

When trying to export logs to Luban, it says: “Please connect Luban to the machine first”, even though I am connected (both via USB cable and WiFi)

USB export it says “insert USB stick first” even when it is inserted
What is the correct and reliable way to export the full system log?
Is this a known issue with Luban connection or USB compatibility?

The print stopped mid-job, and I need the log file to understand what went wrong and determine where to resume the print from.
