Exporting Logs - USB / WiFi

I have had several failed prints with my A350 where the screen will freeze and the printhead will just stay at a specific position and the only way to recover is to do a hard power down. All of the models were sliced in Luban and saved to USB. Where can I retrieve the logs for these failed prints so I can pass them to Snapmaker for review. Is the procedure different if the GCode is sent via WiFi and stored on the A350 locally?

Did you make all software and firmware uptades?
And is your usb stick new formatet in FAT32?

If you go to the settings section on the touchscreen, there is export log.
Post your logs and gcode here or send it to the support. Logs will be exported to your USB thumb drive.

My nozzle won’t warm up to printing temp. I tried to export the log from the snapmaker to my computer but it says the log failed and to make sure the device is mounted. The device is plugged in and I am able to connect by serial port to the snapmaker from the Luban program on my computer. I need to see if there are any errors to pinpoint where the problem is. What do I do? I have had 3 successful printing session. One session I had to stop as it wasn’t correct. When I tried to reprint after I stopped, the next print was all over the place.
