If I try to export logs to a USB stick, it simply stays on the progress spinner for ages (Waited about an hour, still spinning). If I eject the USB, I have ~20x 1MB logs on there but have no idea if that’s all there is or not.
Exporting the logs via Luban simply seems impossible. If you click on “Luban” on the touchscreen it says to start Luban first, but if I start Luban and connect to the printer, then the touchscreen is locked out (“Remote Status: Connected” dialog shows on the touchscreen and it is disabled except for a “Disconnect” button), so it’s impossible to click the “Export logs to Luban” button.
