I kinda want to just keep some files on the printer so I can use this flash drive for other things, but for some reason wifi transfer is a little slow, no idea why. I’d try just using a USB cable, but my desktop PC is upstairs.
Get a WiFi booster. Plugs into an outlet and boosts the WiFi signal for devices that are further away on the WiFi “web” that will get rid of the slow transfer speed.
I don’t think a booster is gonna cut it. Signal is good throughout the house, but for some reason a test cube under 20mm² is taking so long to send it times out.
Could be a firewall setting blocking it.
Can windows firewall allow connecting to the machine but not sending a file?
Yes. But it could also be your routers firewall
