Help Printing A Benchy

My verdict would be that there are clear signs of backlash. In other words: You need to re-tighten the sliders in at least some of your linear modules: https://support.snapmaker.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500000110341-What-should-I-do-when-the-slider-of-the-Linear-Module-comes-loose

Ok, I’m in the process of tightening, it will take a bit of time. Hopefully this helps.

As a side note, I noticed on that same link, at the bottom a link to this about backlash adjustment: What should I do if the processed object is not round | Snapmaker Wiki

But, the slider looks different to mine, it has a spring and that nut it says to press down on doesn’t seem to exist in mine. Is that for the upgraded linear modules?

Everything has been adjusted, but it will have to be a few days before I can print a test print again to see if it fixed the issue… cause I broke the linear limit switches and have to wait till I get new ones and they aren’t in stock right now, so once they are available and I’ve fixed up everything I’ll update the posts here with a new test.
Cheers everyone for the help so far, hopefully they stock the switches soon.

Yep, they updated the wiki for the new rails at some point, but the general procedure remains the same. Sorry about your end switches - it is unfortunately an easy mistake to make. I damaged one of mine also, but fortunately I could bend it back to working.

Sorry for necroing this.
But I found my solution and figured it would help anyone else having my issue.
Tldr: Replaced the rails.

After damaging the rails and replacing the linear limit switches, I try to print again after tightening the sliders.

Unfortunately, the Benchy was just as messed up and messy as before.

I tried one last time disassembling everything, reassembling everything making extra care to ensure everything was event and tightened properly. And it still failed in the same weird ways.

I took a few months to set aside some money, and bought replacement rails, the ones with the tmC2209.

After assembling those new rails, I kept every single setting the same, and tried printing the Benchy.

IMMEDIATELY flawless. Perfect bed adhesion that I’d been struggling with, the Benchy printed PERFECTLY first time at 0.08 layer height. No flaws, no stringing, no weird objects and edges and extra model corners. In fact, I’ve never printed a better Benchy in my entire Snapmakering!

I know this might not be the answer others wanted, and certainly wasn’t the answer my wallet wanted, but I have it solved and I’m back to printing! (And yes I can print proper circles now too)
