Hi everyone, I really hope that you can help me. After assembling and connection all the cables I tried to start my Snapmaker A350T. The “S” is shown at the screen but nothing more happens. I just get a black screen. Any ideas what to do? Best regards, David

Final update. I needed a new display and a new controller to get it working again. None of the old/new combination worked either. Just contact the support. They shipped me the needed spare parts very fast (month ago). Thanks for your suggestions :smiley:

Get support - Support Ticket Form I would check all the cabling first, when it turned off.

I’ve had this happen on my 350T. Power off, Power on Once took 3 times to get the thing to turn on. Most times it only takes me one power on retry. Not sure what the issue is but seems to lose its mind while starting up.

Check if the screen boots while you are pushing the connector deep into the controller. Dismanteling a bit of the connectors rubber is quick and dirty, why not to try? I am a user like you and no snapmaker staff. Because of the appearing S on the start screen this seems a connector issue, like sh…

I already got an answer from the support and they suggest to update the firmware via USB-Stick. I tried it but I’m of course not able to start the update with the touchscreen. Is there any other possibility?

Well, that’s quite a misunderstanding on their side. Unless there is a way to initiate firmware update during boot… But I never heard of this. What did you say to support?

I discribed my problem as I did in this thread. I have to add here that I’am able to connect my Laptop with the Luban software and I can to control all the functions via g-code (never mind I already added that). I made a video for them as well.

My machine is in fact not new. Its from December 22 and I’m quite disappointed that I can’t get it up and running. I already did a factory reset, but nothing happend. I will try the other two and send you the console feedback.

Hi, I had nearly the same problem. I had to cut of a little bit of the connectors plastic/ rubber. Then it worked perfect.
