I was able to set up and calibrate the printer up to the last step, but when loading the filament for the first time this error message appears: “The mainboard failed to recognize the left nozzle” Both nozzles did load, but touching “OK” makes the dialog box vanish only to have it come back again., and again, and again… Both nozzles did load.
Powering the printer on and off yielded this message: "The temperature control of the left extruder is abnormal. Please contact our support at support@snapmaker.com. Which clearly, I’ll be doing, but putting this in the forum may mean answers to anyone one else encountering this issue.
