There seems to be a problem with the Filament Recovery for the Right Extruder. When I hit load filament the temperature setting screen comes up but it appears to be for the left extruder which I wasn’t using. It wouldn’t let me load the right extruder because it was reading from the left extruder temp. I was able to exit out to the main controls page, go to left extruder, increase the temp to 200 then hit resume print which brought up the load filament page again which now was showing the extruder temp at 200. Thankfully when I hit load the right extruder pull in the new filament.
The Firmware appears to default to the left extruder temp for the re-load and obviously should be showing whichever extruder is out of filament.
Hope this work around helps anyone who experiences this situation.
The exact same thing happened to me on my A350. It looks like right extruder runs out of filament, the defaults to load screen is only for the left. It even heated the left nozzle to 30°C. However, I was unable to get back to the main controls to load the new filament. How were you able to do that? I ended up opening up the dual extruder and right gears to load the new filament as far as I could. Luckly, I got it to start extruding after I closed it back up. in this case I was only using the right extruder, since the color filament I wanted to use was already loaded there. This is definitely a software bug. Snapmaker please fix!
