After analysis, it was determined that the Integrated Controller had failed due to Bluetooth issues and other problems found.
snapmaker support promised to send me a new Integrated Controller.
However, three weeks have passed and the new Integrated Controller has not yet arrived.
I contacted Snapmaker support and was told that they do not have the Integrated Controller in stock.

I think you should send me the new Integrated Controller first.
Because I ordered the Snapmaker Artisan last summer right after it was released, and the Artisan I received in the first place is defective!
