I have had my Snapmaker 2.0 for some time and have not used it in quite awhile. Trying to update the firmware, I am not getting an option on the touchpad to update, and when I download to a usb, it is not reading the usb. Any suggestions. I downloaded firmware on my mac.
Do you use the original USB-stick? If not USB-stick formatted as FAT32? The .bin file must be in the root directory.
