Firmware Not Updating from 1.81 to 1.82

I can’t seem to be able to update the firmware.
If I load the .bin file, screen stucks at 0% then an error screen pops Up.

If I try to update over WiFi, it seems to freeze on the download button screen.

same problem with me I use usb flash to update it.
