Just installed the new firmware update the work area is now showing 0 x 0 x 0, the machine is a Snapmaker2 A350 has anyone got any ideas what I can do? Tried to calibrate the machine to find it trying to push the laser head through the bed.

0 x 0 x 0 means that the controller does not detect any linear modules.
Unplug the tool-head, and then reboot the machine. Check if the machine is detected well.
Please downgrade the firmware to V1.11.4 and then reboot the machine.
Really strange I have left the updated version on V.12 and it is now detecting the correct work area with the tool-head, I followed your instructions and unplugged the tool head and rebooted the machine, work area corrected itself, then I powered down reattached the tool head and powered up again the work area is still correct. There seemed to be a problem when I updated the firmware with the tool head attached. Is that normal should I unplug the tool head every time I update the firmware?
It is not normal. Please keep eyes on this issue and see if it will reoccur.
