Months ago the run out switch failed. It had actually broke. Contacted support and got a new one under warranty. Recently discovered that switch would not sense run out. Took the module apart and found a tiny bit of plastic holding the switch closed. Removed and all is well. Passing this along for anyone else who encounters the same thing.
