So, I’ve had my Dual Extruder for a few months now and have been running it fairly regularly with great success. Yesterday however, it began throwing me the filament runout message when there is clearly still filament running to and into the nozzles. The support page only has troubleshooting steps for the single extruder and is ridiculously basic. Pretty sure upon inspection that the finger of the microswitch that rides on the filament is either worn from abrasion or broken. Has there been anything put out on replacement parts, or fixes beyond simply turning off filament runout detection?
I didnt disassemble and no other yet i guess.
I would suggest to email support about and or repair it yourself, but attention maybe you loose warranty.
I am no snapmaker staff, only a user like you.

Not that it helps very much, but here in the forum is at least one other case of DX switch broken: Dual Extruder Filamente Runout Recovery Problem - perhaps you can contact the user and see how their case went?
