Hi, here is Liu from Snapmaker Team.
- When the touchscreen tells you “out of filament”, you can click “cancel” or “ready to load”. Please make sure that the end of filament is in the inlet.
- If the issue occurs again, please do as follows to troubleshoot.
- Download the software Pronterface: https://www.pronterface.com/
- Connect the machine with the PC via the provided USB cable and open the software Pronterface.
- Enter the command “M119” to check the status of the filament sensor.
- Enter the command “M412 S0” to turn off the filament sensor and click “ready to load”, and try to resume the print.
- You can push the filament into the inlet with your hand so that the gear can pull it.
