I’m having an issue where the filament feed motor is not rotating. Identified by going to change the filament, hit Nozzle, waited for the temperature to hit 200° and press Unload, but the filament didn’t move and I couldn’t feel any vibration on it so I opened the door and the gears aren’t moving at…

I guess support ticket or a new controller is needed.
