I’m having an issue where the filament feed motor is not rotating. Have you tried a factory reset of the firmware and the controller?

I guess you are talking about the single extruder, right? Did you try extruding with luban control? Preheat and then G1 E100 F100

No reaction to that command. Received OK, but no reaction from the print head.

As in activate development mode and then Go to Experiment > Preferences > Reset All ? Just did that and walked through all of the standard setup and when I get to the load filament stage the nozzle heats up, but the motor still doesn’t turn.

I would try replacing the cable, always worth a try.

Support ticket opened and a couple of replacement cables ordered (always a good idea anyway). Now in wait and see mode for the next few days.
