3d Printing toolhead not activating motor to feed filament

So I have an issue with my Snapmaker 2.0 A350.

The print head stopped feeding filament or heating up.

Changed the toolhead cable. It now heats up but does not activate the motor to feed cable.

Changed the toolhead for another 3d printing one. Still does not activate the motor to feed filament.

Anyone have any ideas? I did try to update the firmware but it says it is up to date.

Maybe your controller is defective, have a look here as workaround for figuring out:

A350 3D module not detected, even after new purchase of module

Ah, stupid me, did not read the doc properly. If you go to the page I linked earlier, it is pretty clear. Here’s how it really goes: Start Luban, connect to printer Switch to the “Workspace” section of Luban In the Console section where there’s “Send command”, type M1029 E2 (case matters, captial M, capital E) and hit enter Send M500 command to save setting Power-cycle the machine → Now the setting should stick and the port re-mapping is effective. It will stay until you repeat the procedure…

Unfortunately it seems you will need a new controller..
