Excluded countries

I’m really upset because Chile is in the excluded countries list for shipping products.
I preordered the SM2 in early 2020, received the product, then ordered the enclosure, rotary module, router bits, in different moments and received them all.
Now, for some reason, my address in Chile is not eligible for delivery. So? Is it that I can’t buy anymore products or spare parts?

They have multiple stores now US, UK/Europe.
Maybe you’re selecting the wrong one?
