Hi,
Today will be the 3rd day since we have turned on the 3D printer.
The following problem occurred. Our printing was interrupted overnight,
when an error message appeared, see the attached photo.
Description of the problem when trying to print again:
1 - The plate starts to heat up when starting the print.
2 - The plate temperatures start to jump (it changes).
3 - The plate continues to heat up, but it shows a temperature in minus
values. Subsequently, an error message appears again and the print does
not take place (see the attached photo).
Please, what could it be?
