Dual extruder clicking when loading

My dual extruder is not loading properly in right side. Gears make a clicking noise when loading. The filament will go through the hot end but the clicking noise continues and it stops loading after extruding a few inches. I can continue to push it down but the gears won’t pull the filament on it’s own. This happens regardless of the type of filament. I’ve taken the hot end out, checked the gears for anything clogging and don’t see anything. Any suggestion?

The gears only click if there is a rest of filament or the gears don’t find together and build a empty space between.
If you push the filament in a closed state of the gear door this should need some force.
If the gears are not aligned correctly it’s pretty easy to push through.
