Desperately need help with my Shipment!

Hi, I have been emailing customer service who said my Snapmaker packages have been delivered to me. I have attached the screenshots they have sent me, as proof, that I have not received it yet.

EDIT: looking at contacting Fedex today with some instructions that was emailed to me from support. Thanks!

More background on our purchase: We didn’t purchase Snapmaker from the Kickstarter campaign; there was an ad on IG and we purchased directly from the Snapmaker website on August, 2020.

This sounds like a FedEx issue, not a SnapMaker one. I’d start yelling at them - assuming that the order had the correct address information on it.
