Hi I am having issues with uploading the latest firmware.
I have recently purchased an A350T The initial setup was fine until I got to the stage of the controller informing me that a firmware upgrade was required. I downloaded the latest version copied it to a USB stick plugged it in the machine and the controller froze with screen displaying 0% upload. I tried another stick same result. Now whatever I do the screen is stuck in the Upload files 0% I left the machine on for 30 minutes nothing but a frozen display
How can I reset the controller I have searched on line but found no real help. Can I access the machine directly via my PC and if so how do I do it. Any help would be appreciated
Power off → Power on. That’s it. There’s a way to do a “factory reset” but I don’t think that’s what you need now as that only removes any custom configuration you’ve done.
