Dual extrusion module Z height calibration fail

Installed the dual extrusion module for the first time on a quick swap kit, started to calibrate, the bed leveling calibration’s first row hang in nothing (the module goes over the bed), but still finishes it, then the Z height calibration starts, it lowers the tool to the bed and does one measurements, but after that it stops, it just hangs above the bed and nothing happens. I tried waiting, but after an hour still nothing, then tried without the quick swap kit and had the same experience. I updated the firmware with the single extrusion module and tried the calibration with that and it went just fine, therefore I have no idea what went wrong with the dual module.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for any help!

Does your dual extruder work now?
Make a video about calibration to clarify your problem, pls.

I am having this exact same issue. Installed Quick Swap, first calibration point is over the edge of the heating bed, and calibration halts in the middle of Z Height Calibration. Following this thread in hopes of finding a solution.

Okay, tomifs, this worked for me, and I hope it will help you! I had read the Quick Swap Kit instructions carefully, but when it came to updating the firmware, I had not read that section completely because it seemed that my firmware was updated enough.

I detached the tool head, turned the machine off and back on, and then went to my machine settings to update the firmware. After completing the new firmware installation, it asked if I was using the quick swap kit or screws for installation. When I indicated that I was using the quick swap kit, and then ran calibration again, it no longer hung off the edge of the print bed, and it successfully completed the Z height calibration.

If you already had updated firmware version 1.16.5 or later, swipe left on your touch screen, tap Settings, and choose the Quick Swap Install status to enable the feature. I hope that helps!
