CameraCalibration of 10W Laser Modul

Hello,

I am a newcomer to 3D printing and lasers. We have bought an A350T and also the 10W laser module.
We are having problems with the calibration of the laser.

I have started the calibration for it. During the camera calibration, the laser does not work, only once it lasered a line about 1 cm long on the white sheet. But most of the time not at all.
I have no idea why

Enclosure?
Enclosure needs to be closed.
Firmware up to date?
Share a video about the process and a few pictures of the assembled machine, please.

It seems to have been a contact problem.

The housing was closed. When I worked with more power, it worked.
I disconnected everything and reconnected it. Now I was able to carry out the calibration.
