Thank you for the advice here! I’ve been having the same problem everyone’s describing here, and agree that using the camera capture option locks the work origin (for me it’s the lower left corner of the table). The workaround you suggest makes sense = use the camera capture to position the image on the material (for centering/alignment) and then click “Remove Background” to get rid of the camera capture background, making the work origin customizable again.
Solved: I had a similar problem with the 10w laser. Camera capture (which the 10w does in one take) and then origin moves to bottom left on Luban). Turns out running it directly from Luban fixes all of the issues for me. Just enter the thickness (manual mode) and it printed instantly. Seems the Touchscreen adds an unnecessary level of complication to the process. Ultimately I have realised (despite the terrible VO in the video) that it is accurate.
