Don’t use my google sheet if you use the last version. Apparently they fixed the bug
Lol, thank you for the suggestion
So, just how “unflat” is your bed?
If it’s way off - that makes me think you got a warped support framework.
Mine appears to be < 1mm variation, might be < 0.5mm.
Mine is slightly less than 1mm but it has peaks and valleys all around which makes a 3x3 mesh grid nearly useless. Even with my mechanical adjustments to achieve a near perfect level using the 9 point mesh, it does not account for the peaks or valleys.
I just had another session of “calibration pushes into buildplate” - though it wasn’t pushing HARD, just a bit.
(Still too much to trust doing a print.)
I did my usual of letting the printer sit powered off for a couple days, but that didn’t fix it this time.
So I switched to Manual Calibration, did a full Manual Calibration, and tried a print.
It started off doing a Quick Calibration - which kind of defeats the purpose of a Manual calibration. When the print started, the nozzle was obviously too far above the bed.
So I switched back to Automatic Calibration - AND IT WORKED!
I wonder if doing the manual calibration cleared out some bad data?
Please turn off the fast calibration in the touchscreen. Go as “Settings --> 3D printing —> fast calibration”… The manual calibration will not clear any bad data, and the data of that calibration process will remain until you power off the machine.
I assume that you didn’t fully read my previous posting?
Note that I said that I did a manual calibration - which can ONLY be done if the auto calibration is turned off. (and there is only 1 option to turn on/off in the 3D print settings).
I still find it weird that with auto-calibration turned off - it still attempts to do a quick calibration at the start of a print.
How do I get a replacement buildplate for a A250? Anyone experience with that?
@Wallgarden For purchasing or replacement, print sheet or a print bed you have to email the support till the parts are not available in the store.

Today New print sheet placed and upgraded to Marlin 1.9.0. After that, autocalibration was performed in a 5x5 matrix. Immediately 100% ok within a few minutes. That’s the way it’s supposed to be!
Hello!
I recently received my A350… I’m having the same issue with auto leveling. The calibration points in the back of the print bed are pushing somewhat deep into the print bed. When I watch it closely from the side- the sensor is halfway off of the print bed, so it’s not detecting the bed. Really frustrating. I tried running “M502” and “M500” from Luban, disconnecting, Home-ing from the touchscreen, and running autolevel calibration, but the sensor still is not aligning.
I’ve double-checked that my baseplate is assembled correctly, and my cables are correct as well. I also adjusted my sensor to make sure that it is the correct distance from the print bed. A bit frustrating to run into issues immediately as I’ve waited a long time for this expensive machine to arrive, and was really excited to run a print once I assembled it. I now have a gouged print sheet. Any help with troubleshooting?
Thanks! Jesse
Share some picture of what it’s doing.
Did you update firmware?
Are you sure that your y rails are seated properly (centered, not hanging over end of bed on either side)

Thanks for this men! it does saved my printings… I saw something similar in another post from the forum:
SM2 calibration - #18 by Edwin it does technically has information about the problem, but you explained here very well… kudos for that and thanks for the help!!!
Oh boy- I feel stupid.
My Y rails were not properly centered (facepalm). Maybe I was too eager when assembling! Now the calibration works fine, and my first print was successful. Thanks! Because you suggested that, I’m gonna assume I’m not the first person to make this mistake lol.

Not even close. I attached them that way at first but fortunately realized what I’d done when I flipped it over.
Note to anyone new reading this: If we ask to see photos of your machine or question your build, don’t be indignant and think we’re questioning your ability and integrity. It’s easy to make these mistakes and just trying to help.

I also posted on another calibration thread. HELP
Newbie here. I have tried all of the above suggestions. It is still pushing the bed down hard. I am at my wits end. I’ve had this beauty since the middle of march and have not been able to do anything due to needing a new controller (which took a month of back and forth from a very helpful tech). Now all but the calibration is working. I am ready to cry at this point. I have the A350 my husband bought for a gift so, I need to have terms a novice can understand.
Should I contact support again?
What firmware are you on?
@Steener did support walk you through making sure that the z probe sensor is calibrated still? It comes loose over time, I don’t know if you’ve had this issue since new or if it’s only recently.
I have a thread now. I haven’t had a walk through since I had support where the controller issue was gone through (I hope that makes sense)
