Calibration F350 does not work

Hi Guys,

i bought one week ago a snapmaker F350.

The long calibration with head bed does not work and i have always a very bad first print.
At the starting point the first line from the print is to low and in the end of the bed is to high.

for me looks like the calibration dont work or the bed is warped or crooked.
is very sad with a new printer

I would start by doing the heated bed 5x5 calibration. What type of filament is that? Also, what is your bed temperature and the nozzle temperature. I have an F350 I bought a couple of months ago and it is definitely a learning process. I found that most of the time my problem was that the final Z offset was not done right with the card.

Did you get it used? Because that looks like an awful lot of printing marks for just a week.

Have you tried printing simpler, smaller items to get it dialed in before trying something so large? Calibrated extruder?
3D printing isn’t plug and play and does take some experimenting and testing to make work.
Share some photos of your SM from various heights/angles. A lot of times large variations/problems are caused by improper assembly.
