I have 2 strange bugs that i want to report.
OS: Windows 10. Machine: SM 2.0 A350 Software: Luban 3.10.2
The first bug:
After made a model in Fusion360 and createt GCode for milling and importet (Open G-code file) it to Luban it’s not possible to send it SM A350 by Wifi.
The whole process must be done in Luban. So that meaning that i have to run from and back to the computer for fine tunning Work Origin, as it’s not possible to use the touchscreen as there is no file to start.
Second bug: As explained above the milling process is controlled inside Luban. But the connection to SM A350 is lost and there for is not possible to see where bit is milling.
After a reconnect, all the data is brought up to date, but Luban then updates the workspace screen and then it goes wrong. The model that’s is being milled disappear and for some strange reason it shows the very first model i 3D printet. So i have to press on "Load G-code to Workspace. to get the model back that’s it is working on.
Generally you should print laser or mill from the touchscreen of the machine. This means you have to send the files via wifi or usb thumb drive, where the screen then makes a backup of the file.
If you want to cnc, send the file to the machine, press ready to print and set your origin. - no luban is needed.
Yes there is at least one bug about cnc carving in Luban but I haven’t found yours yet
I have seen that at the coordinate system, the machine coordinates shows false values.
As i’m writing: it’s not possible to send it SM A350 by Wifi.
I’ll do a test where the file will end on .cnc
The file from Fusion 360 for cnc ends on .cn but Luban load it, so it’s still strange that it won’t send it to SM A360 over WiFi.
As i did write: It’s not possible to send it to A360 by Wifi.
I can start the job and controlling it in Luban.
I’ll do a test with the file ending on .cnc to see if it make a change.
Done a test with a file: FanCut.cnc
After Luban 3.12.3 load the file and shows it in the preview window it’s not possible to send it by Wifi to A360.
I found that if the file ends on: .gcode
Then it is possible to send it by Wifi.
But .cnc or .cn will Luban not give the opportunity to send it by WiFi.
I have testet with the same file only change the file end. fancut.cnc (1.4 MB)
