Broken Platform Clips - Any Replacement Options?

Hi all

I’m running into an issue with the first-layer adhesion on my Snapmaker J1. I’ve been following the official troubleshooting guide (https://wiki.snapmaker.com/en/snapmaker_j1/troubleshooting/First_Layer_Does_Not_Stick), and I suspect the problem might be related to the platform clips. (See 2. Check all platform clips and the base of the platform clips on the heated bed for cracks or damage.)

Looking for advice on the best path forward for replacement. Specifically, I’d like to know:

1. Are there any printable models (STL files) available for these clips? I’d be happy to print replacements myself if a durable design exists.

2. If printable models aren’t recommended or available, does anyone know of a good third-party source where I can buy compatible clips?

I’d email support, and include pictures of the clips you suspect. Are you allowed to upload pictures?
