Hello I tried the method with the blue Scotch Tape look at it in youtube and it works perfect.
I scratched my Heat Panel a lot with ABS but with the Blue Tape it works great Tape like this

BTW, the Snapmaker sticker on the heated bed is replaceable. You can buy replacement stickers from the Snapmaker Shop.
Blue tape is cheaper though
